Do not claim the commission as your original work!

If the commission is for a custom character (I created the design)
don't forget to list me as the original creator.

Unless discussed otherwise,
the client agrees that this is strictly for personal use
(posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc.)
and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use
(streaming, patreon, advertisement, printing, merchandise etc)
this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as the transfer of rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.

Depending on the situation, the rights may be transferred via a commercial fee of 100-200%
of the original commission cost, in addition to the original cost.

Commercial use includes: use of the artwork for branding/promotions, in public webcomics and related media, physical or digital merchandise, and other for-profit projects. For adoptable designs, this includes using the design as a vtuber / pngtuber or as a mascot for a shop or for-profit project.

For all adoptable designs, including customs, commercial rights are not retained if the design is transferred to a new owner. The new owner must purchase commercial rights from me if they would like to use the design commercially / for profit.

Commercial use fees are not required for displaying commissioned artwork as a social media icon / avatar, page doll, or decorative header / banner.

Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if rights are transferred.

I, the artist, reserve the right to use any of my artwork and its works-in-progress to: promote myself in any place or site via post or display with proper credit to you as the character owner and to the character designer.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
If you fail to follow the rules provided
I have the right to decline your commission

I do not draw solely from text or description only.
Please provide a reference sheet or compiled references with supporting text.

Estimated time of delivery is 1 weeks - 1 months.

I will send WIPs at all stages of the piece (unless marked as SKEB-like/Surprise me! or sketch type)

You will be able to make changes at will in THE SKECTH PHASE After this phase ONLY small changes and fixes are acceptable and big changes will be charged in 20% ~ 50% of the total value.

Any potential delays to commission progress/delivery will be communicated to the client via individually if possible.Clients are always welcome to enquire about the status of their commission.
I will do my best to respond to any enquiries within 48 hours.

No refunds are provided unless I am unable to fulfill the commission request.

Please Note🌟

You must credit me for the commissioned artwork or adopt design at all times, including if reposting / re-uploading, sharing, and/or displaying it anywhere. For adoptables, you must also credit the base maker (if applicable).

I do not allow my artwork or adoptable designs to be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI art, or related content.

I retain copyright to the commissioned artwork
unless discussed otherwise and copyright is transferred

I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned
artwork/process to share and promote on social media unless discussed otherwise

Refund is not possible

Edits / Redesigns of the original adopt design are allowed, but please do not draw over the original artwork without my permission.

You can trade/gift/sell an adoption for the same or lower price.

I must be informed of any and all ownership changes of my designs.
New owners must adhere to my terms of service.

All adoptable designs are sold for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

If you plan to use the design for Vtubing, merchandise, branding, or any monetized project, please contact me before payment to discuss a commercial license

2-split: 50% upfront (non-refundable) + 50% after completion

3-split (for $300+ adopts): 40% deposit + 30% midway + 30% final

Each payment must be sent within the agreed time (usually 1–2 weeks).

The unwatermarked file will only be sent once the final payment is made.
